Three cheers for Max and Morgan, our team’s clients who just purchased this lovely home in Lake Oswego. They were living in San Diego, but Max’s parents live on the coast of Oregon and they wanted their kids to be closer to their grandparents. Having lived Downtown before, they knew this time they wanted a family friendly area with great schools. We looked at a lot of houses, but once they found this one, they knew it was the one. We were initially beat out by another offer, but when that deal didn’t work out, the listing agent called us right away to see if they were still interested. It was meant to be! When the timing for closing was getting tight, Paul drove to the coast to meet the Robson’s so he could pick up their signed paperwork to get it back to Portland for a Friday close.
